Laura Willett, MD has been involved in many levels of medical education and curriculum planning for the past 23 years. Teaching areas of particular interest are team-based learning, medical decision-making, small group precepting, evidence-based medicine, screening and other test performance, outpatient teaching, and ward rounds. She is a general internist but also runs board review sessions in cardiology and pulmonary medicine, and gives sessions on prevention and screening. Dr. Willett has coordinated physical diagnosis, directed the third year clerkship, created an ambulatory fourth-year clerkship, directed the second-year pathophysiology course, and is currently associate program director for the internal medicine residency.
